Ambuya Tembo represents the culture and tradtional values of the Shona people in Zimbabwe. She is one of the few woman who plays the mbira in ritual ceremonies as well as on stage. After the bracing success of her first european tour in June, she’s back with her younger sister with whom she has been playing for several years.
Co-hosted by Les Détours de Babel / Musée du Trièves, Musée Dauphinois and La Grange Chevrotière. A concert organised together with AIDA, as part of Les Allées Chantent, 80 concerts in the Isère Department.
